Need of investment in education ::
Minister for Finance Surendra Pandey stressed on the need to develop the education sector by increasing the investment on Saturday.
He termed the education sector as the nation's asset.
Speaking at a function organised to mark the 48th anniversary of Bishalnagar Library here today; he said investment in the educational sector would benefit the nation.
During the function, Pandey gave way a letter of appreciation to Bishalnagar Hadigaun heritage society's Bharat Bahadur KC. The government is positive for the conservation of archeological heritages, he said. KC was feted for his contribution to making the people aware of the conservation of historic and archeological heritages.
